WHAT IS THE BIBLE? The Bible is a Book of Books-66 Books in fact. The word Bible is a plural word meaning Books. The 66 Books form one Book called THE BIBLE. About 40 different men wrote those 66 books over a period of 1600 years. Obviously they could not have been alive at the same time and hence, they could not have consulted one another about the things they were writing. Even then they all agree perfectly in all the different things they wrote over long period of time. The 40 different authors of the Bible were different kind of men all together and from all classes of society. Among writers of the Old Testament, Moses was well educated, good administrator and leader of people. There were David and Solomon, they were powerful kings of Israel.
